Salon Polices

I get it, policies and procedures are not sexy at all, but it has to be discussed. I am open and honest with everyone and do not like unpleasant surprises!

Deposit requirement

At this time, I have had to implement a deposit requirement of 20% of service, that is non refundable. This deposit is transferable for one-time rescheduling, and it will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

Cancellation Policy

I do require a 72 hour cancelation notice.
Less than 72hrs will result to a charge of 25% of the service booked.
Less than 24 hours cancelation/ rescheduling will be charged 50% of service and will have to pay a deposit for a new appointment.
No Call No Show will be billed 50% of the service and WILL NO LONGER be able to reschedule.

Covid 19 or other sickness Policy

In the case you suspect you have been exposed to Covid-19 or are feeling under the weather in any way, please email or reach out to me and we can reschedule your appointment.

Extra Guest Policy

At this time, extra guests (including children) are not currently allowed in the salon. Space is very limited.

No Refund Policy

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. At this time, I do not offer refunds.

Late Arrival Policy

If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. We will either have to adjust your service based on how much time is left OR we will need to reschedule your appointment and you may be subject to fees.
